International Coordination and Development Programme

On August 8th, 2018, the International Coordination and Development Programme (ICDP), a flagship programme of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, was established. In this short period, ICDP has made incredible progress by staying true to its vision and pursuing its objectives.

In this rapidly integrating world, the idea of global awareness and outreach is at the centre of ICDP. This 38 Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi, NAAC Accredited ‘A’ Grade give enthusiastic young minds a platform to communicate with individuals from reputable and wellknown institutions worldwide to broaden their views on the world. It think that the greatest approach to go forward in integrating multiculturalism into the diverse society is through awareness, interaction, and involvement. Thus, it plan to run a student exchange programme with upcoming institutions all over the world to give the members exposure as well as a complete experience in a global setting.

The International Coordination and Development Programme works toward encouraging a multifaceted approach to learning by fusing cultures and cultivating minds through international student exchange programmes and cooperation. ICDP is eager to work with organizations worldwide to provide hundreds of students with the ideal setting for acquiring an international education, thereby enhancing their educational experience. The aim is to promote Multiculturism and Global Perspective on Education to help develop a sense of self and cultural diversity and take sustainable decisions for the future. ICDP’s

The past four years have seen ICDP experience incredible success, hosting numerous successful events with an array of subjects and collaborations. Here is a look at the enriching journey of ICDP. The following events were successfully organised by ICDP: Summit 2019, Workshop at Ghana High Commission, Meeting with Prof. Koichi Kimoto from Kwansei Gakuin University, Japan, Edusphere, Summit 2020, Cosmopolitic – Encircling the World, HRD Research Seminar Series, International Conference - Future Challenges and Sustainable Development Goals: Science to Policy Framework, International Discourse – Geography of Nostalgia, and Summit 2022.

The success that ICDP has achieved today would not have been possible without the steadfast efforts of the dedicated team. The Co-ordinator Dr. Amrita Bajaj and Principal Dr. Anil Sardana, have constantly been the guiding light for the programme, leading it to great heights and inspiring everyone to work even harder for the future.
